How to join MSATE / MSSUA

1. Fill in the following form
2. Send it to your regional representative (see the website) by mail or email.
3. Pay the fee (300,- Kč) to our bank account.
4. Get information and your membership number from your regional representative.

Členský poplatek uhraďte na bankovní účet:
Česká spořitelna 1661801379 / 0800, uveďte prosím své jméno, popřípadě název instituce a RC

INSTITUCE -  600,- Kč (3 vyučující se mohou účastnit akcí MSSUA za snížený poplatek)
nebo - 1000,- Kč (5 vyučujících se může účastnit akcí MSSUA za snížený poplatek)
